our most technical method. similar to the O.G. beads are strategically placed before the uncropped hair is meticulously stitched to the natural fall pattern of your own hair. the wefts are flexible and beads are completely hidden.

our tried and true meathod.
a row of small beads are secured to your natural hair using silicone coated beads. our uncropped hair is then safely sewn to the beaded anchor.

why uncropped?

when choosing a name for our extension line, we remained inspired by the original concept for frida beauty bar. frida kahlo was a unique women who lived by her own rules. her concept of beauty wasn’t always conventional, but it was always profound.

we felt inspired by frida kahlo’s 1940 self-portrait entitled “cropped hair,” in which she is depicted wearing an oversized men’s suit and tresses of hair scattered around her. she had just cut her hair that her recent ex-husband Diego Rivera loved. she holds a lock of her clipped hair in her left hand like a sign of her sacrifice. in her right hand, she has the scissors with which she martyred her femininity.

at frida beauty bar, we believe that everyone should feel and look their best. this is why “uncropped” became the name of our premium extension line. we want each person to achieve their beauty goals in whatever unique way that may be.
