There's a new girl at Frida, and we think you're going to love her.
Meet Sarah, our newest Nurse Injector! She's a Registered Nurse, a skincare enthusiast, a Harry Styles fan, and someone who takes her pickles very seriously.
We're so excited to have her joining the team, so we thought we'd give you a proper introduction.
From Labour & Delivery to Injectables
Before stepping into the world of medical aesthetics, Sarah built her nursing career in Labour & Delivery. With a background in patient care and a longtime love for skincare and all things self-care, pursuing injectables felt like the perfect way to bring her clinical experience and creative side together.
Sarah's approach to injecting is all about keeping things subtle, personalized, and true to you. She's passionate about enhancing the features that make each person unique, rather than changing what makes them them.
For Sarah, it's just as important that you feel comfortable in her chair as it is that you love your results. Whether it's your first appointment or your fifteenth, her goal is to make the experience feel relaxed, welcoming, and never intimidating.
A Few Things You Should Know About Sarah
Because we couldn't introduce her without sharing a few of the important things. Like her coffee order, obviously.
Her coffee order: Blonde shaken espresso with lactose-free milk and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. Very specific. We respect it.
Her Cactus Club order: Gluten-free hot chicken & pickles with a side salad.
Her personality in three words: Passionate, a Scorpio, and an ENFJ. Okay, that's not exactly three words, but you get it.
Her current obsessions: Anything pickled, Coke Zero, ABBA, Harry Styles, and online shopping "just to look."
Her go-to nail colour: OPI Bubble Bath. A classic for a reason.
Her favourite movie: When Harry Met Sally. She's a rom-com girl.
Her dream job in another life: A florist. Which honestly makes so much sense.
Her toxic trait: Saying "I'm on my way" when she is absolutely not on her way. At least she's self-aware.
Her perfect day off: A morning workout class, shopping with coffee in hand, and finishing the day with sushi.
Her fun fact: She thinks she might be a little psychic. We'll be investigating this further.

We asked Sarah what she loves most about Frida, and her answer pretty much sums up why we think she'll fit right in.
"My favourite thing about Frida is the encouragement to embrace the weird, wonderful, and uniqueness in every person. I love that individuality isn't just accepted — it's celebrated."
